Nice place to keep your car safe.
I cannot complaint about this place. There's a shuttle every 15 minutes coming from and going to the airport (MIA). The only suggestion would be making exiting the place a little easier, as it may take some time to get a person to open the exit gate for you (sometimes I have to call for help multiple times). Other than that, the place is the closest to the airport.

Excellent Service
Left car at the Sheraton Airport Parking and drop off and pickup went smoothly. Although, we returned at 12:14 am, we were picked up within 15 minutes. Excellent provider!

Great service!!!!! I was late due to traffic accident. I was going to self park. I would have missed my plane. The attendant suggested I pay 2.00 more for valet. I agreed. He then offered to drive me to the air port in my vehicle. I made my flight. On my return I gave the limo driver my receipt and he called and my car was waitng for me. I'd give these guys 10 stars if I could.Thanks again. This was above and beyond.

I have been using Simple Airport Parking for over eight years. I have never experienced a smoother operation, from the valetsThe , location and ease of making a reservation. On the occasional time that I had an internet problem and I emailed them about it, the return response was very quick. I say five stars to Simple Airport Parking.

Quick and effortless! Initially thought we made a mistake as the self-park option in the garage was full upon our arrival. I called their number and the clerk advised me to bring our truck down for complimentary valet upgrade. They unloaded our truck and a shuttle arrived in no time. They took great care of us and had our truck ready as we arrived in the shuttle upon our return. Great location and even better customer service.

Reserved SimpleAirportParking.com @ MIA Sheraton. Drove up and the car was valet parked. Submitted reservation details without encountering any problems. Quite easy and then headed for airport. ( Sheraton shuttle a tad late as it is Holiday season.). Upon return the attendants brought the car up quickly. Nice to see when Sheraton has the "A Team " working. Thanks

The folks at the Sheraton were great! I showed them the confirmation, and they were very accommodating, assuring me it was going to be OK to leave the car there! And sure enough, no issues! The shuttle to and from, was as advertised and a no-brainer (just remember to pick up the shuttle back in the Departure level)!

Excellent Service. The experience was flawless. Just dropped my car with the hotel valet and within 2 minutes was already in the shuttle on the way to the airport. Return from the airport to the hotel was also very fast. Everybody involved was very friendly.

We had an outstanding experience. Arrived at hotel, showed our receipt, they unloaded our luggage, put it on the shuttle and we were gone. Returned in 2 weeks, waived down the shuttle after 10 minutes, shuttle driver called ahead, arrives at hotel, they unloaded our luggage, put it in the waiting car and we were gone. Could not have envisaged a better parking experience.

Good place to park. This place is very close to the airport and they have a shuttle to take you to straight to it. The only problem is that on our way back we have had to wait at the exit of the parking lot for an attendant to show our paid ticket and because is an automatic exit (pay with card) there is nobody to talk to so we have to go to the hotel looking asking and then somebody comes to let you get out

My experience was wonderful! I drove up, handed over my key to the attendant, stepped onto the shuttle and was on my way to the airport in 5 minutes. Upon my return, the wait for the shuttle was minimal, my car was waiting for me when I arrived at the hotel and I was offered a much appreciated bottle of water for my drive.

GET the VALET service. Great experience. When I arrived pulled into the hotel drop off. The shuttle was already there. The bellman asked the driver to wait for me while he loaded my luggage and I got the receipt. As part of the valet service, when I returned I gave the drive the last 4 of the receipt number and my car was waiting for me when the shuttle got to the hotel. I was very lucky and I saw the shuttle as soon as I walked out of the airport so I cannot say how long it would've taken if I had not gotten lucky, However, two shuttles doing the round trip to the airport cannot exceed more than a 10 minute wait. The Hotel is very close to the airport. Everything went so well I am giving this service a merited 5 star rating.

The parking system worked as advertised. The valet staff at the hotel were aware of the "Simple Airport Parking" program and after I showed my reservation receipt I was directed where to park. After my trip, I showed my parking reservation receipt again and was able to retrieve my car without any problems. There was no issue of any additional fees. System worked well and was much cheaper than parking at the airport. I would use the system again.

The people at the Sheraton were very nice and helpful in directing me in and out of the garage. The only problem I had was I reserved covered parking and when I arrived it wasn't available.
