Excellent customer service! We’ve used this parking facility many times over the past couple years. The entire staff from the drop-off to the pick-up are all wonderful. We had Terry drop us off, and he was also the driver who picked us up on our last trip. In a short sentence - he’s truly a Southern gentleman! What a pleasure he was! Give this company a try! You will be pleased!

Hit the ground running
This is my first time using this parking service. My overnight flight arrived early morning and I was dreading the time it would take to claim bag, call shuttle service and get to my car. Due to experiences with other shuttle services, I predicted I would find myself in the thick of morning rush hour commute. I was amazed at the speed in which my driver Terry arrived as well as the proximity of the parking lot to the airport and the interstate allowed me plenty of time to commute to work before the rush hour began! I am more than pleased with their cleanliness and service! I will definitely use this lot in the future.

Awesome Experience! I booked my reservation on-line with absolutely no hassles. When I arrived to the self park lot, I was greeted by friendly staff and check-in took 2 mins. I was given a choice where I wanted to park (as it was 5 am) and got a space adjacent to the office. The shuttle took me to the airport right away, and the ride was no more than 5-10 minutes (including other passenger drop-offs). The service the drivers provided in taking care of my luggage was exemplary. I had a great experience and will use Self Park FLL in the future.

I want to comment on the outstanding service of the Self Park FLL airport parking organization, especially Lenny, my driver. I forgot a book bag in my car even though I remembered two suitcases and a walker:) When I called the parking service they immediately sent back my driver, Lenny. and he turned right around and picked me up, brought me back to my car to retrieve my book bag and returned me to the airport in time for my flight. However, the management and entire organization at Self Park FLL is amazing! It is an immaculately clean location, the drivers are professional, there are clean restrooms and delicious coffee!

Even though cheaper than most, this company did not cut corners on their service. On return, they were picking us up, within 5 minutes of getting to the off airport pick-up point. I have used several other off-site parking locations. I find this one to be superior to all of the others. Very professional & courteous staff. I booked for 9 days & had an emergency back home & only used 3 days out of the 9; they were very understanding & credited my charge for the 6 unused days. When you arrive, you are offered free refreshments - water & coffee. When you return, the driver has a bottle of water for you.
Will always book with them in the future. Excellent staff & extremely friendly!

WHAT A PLEASANT SURPRISE!!!!! I arrived at FLL on a Southwest flight landing at 1:00 AM on Monday, got my luggage and called Self Park FLL expecting a hassle due to late arrival! Richard (the Self Park van driver) arrived promptly with a cheerful demeanor and plentiful courtesy, took me to my car parked where I parked it 11 days earlier and I was on my way home. The "pleasant surprise" was being picked up promptly and welcomed courteously! Well done Self Park - FLL; I will definitely see you again!

Awesome service! This was our first time using this service. We called and spoked to a young man named Danny... very pleasant and knowledgeable walked us through booking online.... just his service reassured me that we had made a good choice. When we arrived the facility was clean and bright. Very inviting.... all of the drivers we experienced were very interactive and informative.
Everyone maintained a professional demeanor at all times. The icing on the cake
was when we returned to the lot our car had a flat. Our
driver Ryan was wonderful in
providing assistance to get us up and running. Not only did he go get the machine to put air he himself assisted in putting the air in the tire and gave us directions to the closet gas station. March trip: A bit hard to locate (my GPS had the lot on the other side of the road) but delay was only a couple of minutes. Excellent, polite service was rendered by Garfield the driver who waited for us, guided us to our spot, took us to the airport and on our return appeared within ten minutes of our call. Parked cars are secured behind an enclosed fence and you keep your keys. Registration is a breeze and no paperwork is needed upon return. We were very pleased and will use this service again when we fly out of FLL.

A lifesaver! My ride to the airport cancelled at 4 a.m., my flight was at 6:30 am, and the airport is 45 minutes away. Self Park FLL saved the day. I was able to quickly reserve a spot and pay online. The price was extremely reasonable. The shuttle to the airport was fast. My car was secure behind a locked fence, and you get to keep your own keys! I cannot think of a single negative - all around a great experience. It was equally easy and pleasant on my return. Highly recommended.

Excellent! Friendly, professional staff. Stop at front desk which is quick and then drive to lot where shuttle shows you an available space and you board right at your car. Upon return shuttle takes you to your car. No need for office check in to get your keys or do paperwork.

Great Experience! I arrived at the lot a little late for my flight, but the shuttle driver got me checked in and to the airport in time. When I returned a week later, I was shocked to find the front passenger window all taped over with a plastic sheet. I thought that the car had been broken into, but found instead that in my haste to catch my flight I had left the window open. Fortunately, one of Self Park FLL’s fine employees (Ryan Mackey) must have seen the window open while walking the lot, covered it over, and left a sign saying “You left your window open, but we’ve got you covered”. It rained “a lot” while I was gone, so Ryan turned what would have been a terrible end to our vacation into a great one. Thanks…I’ll definitely use you again.

There was someone right out front to direct me where to park, someone in the office to get me my car hang tag and the shuttle van driver to greet me and handle my suitcase from car to van to airport drop off. All very professional and no waiting. I highly recommend Self Park FLL

Great Place to Park! This is the first time we have used this parking. What a pleasant surprise. The facility was clean and well lit. We had personalized excellent friendly service from Chief Richard and Captain Tony. Shuttle bus was new. Quick trip to airport. Will definitely use again.

Great Price and Location. This lot was super easy to get to and when I arrived to park my car there were two shuttles waiting in the lot. The drivers got my luggage out of the car and loaded it on the shuttle. When we arrive a week later, they shuttle was just a phone call away. Booking again for new trip.

Excellent place to park! I would definitely recommend self park. I'm actually looking to park with them again this week. Once I arrived at the gate, I gave the nice man my name. He saw I prepaid so he directed me as to where I could park. The spots weren't too small and the parking lot was clean. I found a spot that I liked, got my luggage, and within 5 minutes I was on the shuttle headed to the airport. The gracious young man helped with my luggage on and off the shuttle with a smile. Once I arrived back at the airport, I called to let them know I was ready for pick up and within 10 minutes another nice young man was there to pick me up. I will continue using them on my monthly travels!

Stunning Service!!! There are no words adequate to describe how prompt, professional, yes...even caring these people were/are. I live nearby and they've earned my business for the long haul.
